PROGRAM PLANNING
Some consulting engagements provide external assistance in order to achieve predetermined program objectives. Strategic directions are set, strengths and weaknesses assessed and specific goals identified. In these engagements, we focus attention on increasing program success, as defined by the client, through guidance in planning and execution.
In this arena, we are prepared to address the following: general fund raising campaigns, alumni education programs, electronic communications programs, donor communication publications, on-line community development, alumni club and chapter programs, specific fund raising projects, among others.
